摘　　要："生命化德育"是赏识生命、激励生命、成就生命的教育,是以尊重、关怀、提升、完善所有生命为旨趣的教育,是个性化、完整化、生活化的教育。"生命化德育"反映了德育工作内在本质与规律,它有其自身的价值追求和显著特征。在德育的实际工作中,我们必须做到"目中有人""生命在场",遵循"主体性"和"活动性"相结合的原则,尊重学生的实际,了解学生的需要,创造全体学生都积极参与学习的条件,让学生在主动参与中知、情、意、行都得到更好的发展。Life-oriented moral education is an education that appreciates inspires life and accomplishes life,and aims to respect,care for,improve and perfect every life.Life-oriented moral education has its own value pursuit and distinctive characteristics,reflecting intrinsic nature and rules of moral education.In the practical work of moral education,we must create conditions for all students to take active part in learning and make students develop their knowledge,emotion,will and behavior through their active participation.
