职业院校线上实训教学的研究与实践

摘　　要：对线上实训教学在实践过程中存在的传统教学观念及方法转变不及时、线上实训教学评估体系不完善、教学信息化程度不够等问题进行剖析,通过加强线上实训教学培训,将教师线上教学能力与绩效评估、职称评定等挂钩,提高教师对于实训教学的认识,建立健全线上线下混合式教学模式与评价体系,完善教学资源与平台建设等内容,探索新型线上实训教学手段与方法,为今后线上线下混合式实训教学的实施提供依据。On the basis of analyzing the problems such as the delayed transformation of traditional teaching concepts and methods,the imperfection of online practical training evaluation system,and the insufficient informatization of teaching,new online teaching means and methods for practical training are explored in this paper to provide basis for the implementation of online and offline mixed practical training in future,by strengthening online teaching training,linking teachers’online teaching ability to performance evaluation and professional title evaluation,improving teachers’awareness of practical training,establishing and perfecting online and offline mixed teaching mode and evaluation system,completing teaching resources and platform construction,etc..
