学业导师制下的药剂学实验教学模式新探讨

摘　　要："药剂学"作为本校药学专业的必修课,其实验技能在教学过程中占有重要地位。但由于该课程实验具有较广的知识覆盖面、较高的操作性要求、及较强的专业性等特点,使得教师在教学过程中面临较大困难。为此,本教研室将学业导师制与药剂学实验教学进行有机结合,提出"三位一体"教学新模式。在该模式中,导师指导将分别贯穿于学习能力、思维方式及科研技能培养中,从而全面提升学生的科研素养,并实现创新型人才培养的目的。Pharmaceutics is a compulsory course for Pharmacy majors in our college,and its experiment skills occupy a very important position throughout the teaching process.However,owing to the wide coverage of knowledge,high requirements of operational,and the strong professional,the teachers have faced great difficulties in the teaching process.Therefore,academic tutorial system was organically combined with Pharmacy experiment teaching,and a trinity teaching method was proposed.In this method,the cultivation of learning ability,way of thinking,and research skills had respectively interwoven with advisor mentoring,not only increasing their scientific research quality,but also realizing the cultivation purpose of innovative talents.
