摘 要:凭借"互联网+"和"小规模教学课堂"的优势,SPOC教学模式得以迅速应用于众多高校研究生思想政治理论课,其对研究生思想政治理论课教学效果的提升蕴藏着巨大的价值,同时对思想政治理论课教师的教学能力提出了更高的要求,然而,思想政治理论课教师客观主义知识观直接阻滞了其个人知识的出场、教师"以学生为中心"个人认知的价值错位大大消解了SPOC研究生思想政治理论课教师的话语权威,重线上教学的"人机关系"轻线下教学身体在场的"师生关系",遮蔽了教师教学具身知识的价值。因此,思想政治理论课教师需要重新省思个人知识的内涵和价值,进而对现有的客观主义知识观进行转型,以生成式的教学思维发挥个人知识的价值;参与思想政治理论课教师共同体的建设,不断学习和通过行动以实现个人知识在SPOC研究生思想政治理论课中的教学价值;创新和完善教学激励机制,以不断扩大思想政治理论课教师个人知识的辐射范围。With the advantages of "Internet+" and "small-scale teaching classroom", SPOC teaching mode can be applied to many postgraduate ideological and political theory courses quickly. It has great value in improving the teaching effect of postgraduate ideological and political theory courses. At the same time, the teaching ability of ideological and political theory teachers is put forward higher requirements. However, the objective knowledge view of ideological and political theory of teachers directly blocks the appearance of their personal knowledge, and the valuedislocation of teachers’ "student-centered"personal cognition greatly dispels the discourse authority of SPOC postgraduate ideological and political theory teachers. The emphasis on the "human-computer relationship" of online teaching and the light of the "teacher-student relationship" in the presence of the offline teaching body obscures the value of teachers’ teaching embodied knowledge. As a result, teachers of ideological and political courses need to rethink the connotation and value of personal knowledge, and then transform the existing objectivist knowledge view to give full play to the value of personal knowledge in generative teaching thinking;Teachers of ideological and political courses should participate in the construction of teachers’ community of ideological and political coursesconstantly through continuous learning and action to realize the teaching value of personal knowledge in the ideological and political courses of SPOC postgraduate;They need to innovate and perfect the teaching incentive mechanism in order to expand the radiation range of personal knowledge of ideological and political theory teachers.
