高职院校通识教育课程体系构建研究——基于“一带一路”人才需求的知识结构与职业能力的调研

摘　　要：为了更好地实施“一带一路”倡议,人才的需求和建设至关重要。通识教育的基本职能是培养人才。高职院校培养的人才与社会需求之间还存在一定的差距。在“一带一路”人才需求的知识结构与职业能力调研基础上,分析提炼人才的知识结构与职业能力的共性,构建六个模块的高职院校通识教育课程体系,即多元文化与国际视野、语言科学与言语交际、境外法律与法规制度、海外投资与运营管理、社会伦理与职业道德、创新思维与创业,从而促进和加快适应“一带一路”人才的培养,提升高职教育人才培养质量。In order to better implement the“One Belt And One Road”initiative,the demand for and construction of talents is crucial.The basic function of general education is to cultivate talents.There is still a gap between the talents trained by higher vocational colleges and the social needs.Based on the investigation of knowledge structure and vocational ability of“One Belt And One Road”talent demand,this paper analyzes and extracts the commonness of knowledge structure and vocational ability of talents,and constructs a general education curriculum system of six modules in higher vocational colleges.They include:multicultural and international vision,language science and verbal communication,overseas laws and regulations,overseas investment and operation management,social ethics and professional ethics,innovative thinking and entrepreneurship module,so as to promote and accelerate the training of“One Belt And One Road”talents,improve the quality of vocational education personnel training.
