摘　　要：“三全育人”理念不断要求高校构建“全员参与,全程关注,全面守护”的育人体系。“三全育人”理念下高校辅导员作为育人主体,将其教育管理与德育融合有利于构成系统性的全员育人体系,形成强有力的全程育人机制,建立全方位的协同育人平台。并通过构建“多主体作用客体”的高校辅导员管理与德育融合引导体系,建立“整体性全过程”的高校辅导员管理与德育融合管理机制,形成“全方位协同联动”的高校辅导员管理与德育融合模式提升高校育人效率。The idea of"Three Complete Educations"constantly requires colleges and universities to construct a system of"all-staff participation,all-round attention and all-round protection",the integration of education management and moral education is beneficial to form a systematic whole-person education system,a powerful whole-course education mechanism and an all-round cooperative education platform.And through the construction of"multi-subject function object"of university counselor management and Moral Education Integration Guidance System,to establish the"whole process"of university counselor management and moral education integration management mechanism,to form the mode of"all-round cooperation and linkage"of college counselor management and moral education integration to improve the efficiency of college education.
