摘　　要：职业经理人在家族企业中的治理角色是近年来学术界关注的焦点。梳理职业经理人治理角色研究的主要脉络,可以在中国家族企业新老交替的高峰之际,为职业经理人的接班模式研究提供经验参考。文章首先介绍家族企业中职业经理人的治理背景,分析职业经理人的发展背景和理论背景;其次总结职业经理人的治理效果,以及所担任不同治理角色的原因;最后在已有研究的基础上,对未来研究提出展望。The role of professional managers in family business governance has been a focus of researchers'interests in recent years.As the succession in family business reaching the peak,this paper aims to provide references to studies of succession of professional manag-ers.This paper first introduces the background under which the professional managers rose.Next,it summarizes the administrative effect of professional managers and the reasons for their different governance roles.Finally,on the basis of the existing research,this paper puts forward the priorities and difficulties of future research.
