新时代高校专家型教师“二次成长”策略的个案研究

摘　　要：教师发展具有阶段性、持续性和动态性,每个阶段各有相应的任务和目标。大学教师发展包含教学发展、专业发展、个人发展和组织发展四个方面,其中教学发展是核心目标。大学教师发展是当前整个教师发展中的重点和难点。该文研究从教师发展的视角,采用历时质性个案研究方法,通过跟踪一位大学教师疫情期间的网络教学,探讨高校专家型教师在新时代高素质、专业化、创新型教学队伍建设中的“二次成长”策略问题。Teacher Development has the characteristics of stages,continuity and dynamics,and each stage has its corresponding tasks and objectives.College teacher development includes teaching development,professional development,personal development and organizational development,among which teaching development is the core goal.The development of university teachers is the key and difficult point in the whole development of teachers.This paper,from the perspective of teacher development,adopts the diachronic qualitative case study method to track the online teaching of a university teacher during the epidemic,this paper probes into the strategy of“Second Growth”of expert teachers in the construction of high-quality,specialized and innovative teaching staff in the new era.
