摘 要:以赤霞珠(Cabernet Sauvignon)葡萄为试验材料,以不疏穗(>30穗/株)为对照(CK),设置3种单株负载量:20(C1)、25(C2)、30(C3)穗/株,测定不同负载量对葡萄果实生长指标及品质指标的影响。结果表明,不同负载量对霞珠葡萄生长、品质指标的影响有显著差异(P<0.05),其中C2处理的果实果粒较大:单粒质量(1.04 g)、横纵径(12.40 mm、12.40 mm)、体积(309.24 mm3)、表面积(77.13 mm2),且产量(80.83 kg)与CK处理一致;果实成熟度较好;还原糖含量(245.15 g/L)、可滴定酸含量(6.68 g/L)、糖酸比(40.63)、可溶性固形物含量(26.00%);利于酚类物质积累:总酚含量(1364.75 mg GAE/L)、单宁含量(353.73 mg TAE/L)、花色苷含量(298.02 mg/L)、类黄酮含量(357.73 mg RE/L)均显著高于对照(CK)(P<0.05)。综上,当单株负载量为25穗/株时,能提升赤霞珠葡萄的生长及品质指标。Using Cabernet Sauvignon as the test material,and the group without ear thinning(>30 ears/plant)as control(CK),3 kinds of single plant loading capacity was set,20(C1),25(C2),30(C3)ears/plant,and the effects of different loading capacity on growth and quality indexes of grape fruit were determined.The results showed that the effects of different loading capacity on the growth and quality indexes of Sauvignon grapes were significantly different(P<0.05).Among them,the fruit of C2 treatment was larger:the single fruit weight(1.04 g),horizontal and vertical diameter(12.40 mm and 12.40 mm),volume(309.24 mm3),surface area(77.13 mm2),and yield(80.83 kg)were consistent with CK treatment.Fruit ripeness was better;and the reducing sugar content,titratable acid content,sugar and acid ratio and soluble solid content was 245.15 g/L,6.68 g/L,40.63 and 26.00%,respectively;Phenolic substances accumulated more easily:and the total phenol content(1364.75 mg GAE/L),tannin content(353.73 mg TAE/L),anthocyanin content(298.02 mg/L),and flavonoid content(357.73 mg RE/L)were significantly higher than the control(CK)(P<0.05).In summary,when the single plant loading capacity was 25 ears/plant,the growth and quality indexes of Cabernet Sauvignon could be improved.
