学习型社会背景下开放大学教师文化建设探究

摘　　要：《国家开放大学综合改革方案》提出,全国省市广播电视大学整体转型为开放大学,以更好地发挥开放大学系统整体助力全民终身学习、建设学习型社会的作用。教师是教育的实施者,是提升教育教学质量的重要保证,教师队伍是教育事业发展的关键因素。我国开放大学的师资队伍总量庞大,但在区域体量结构、职称结构、学历结构、科研水平等方面还存在许多“短板”。因此,有必要加强开放大学师资队伍建设,提升开放大学教师的专业文化水平,打造具有开放大学特色的教师技术文化、教师团队(合作)文化、教师管理文化。The Comprehensive Reform Plan of the National Open University proposes that all provincial and municipal radio and television universities should be transformed into open universities,so as to give better play to the role of the open university system in facilitating public lifelong learning and building a learning society.Teachers are the imparters of education,the important guarantee of improving the quality of education,and the key factor in the development of education.The total number of teachers in the open universities in China is huge,but there are still many“shortcomings”in regional volume structure,professional title structure,academic qualification structure and scientific research level.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teaching teams,improve the professional cultural level of teachers in open universities,and create teacher technical culture,teacher team culture and teacher management culture with the characteristics of open universities.
