远程教育网络课程教学团队有效运行的质性研究

摘　　要：远程教育网络课程教学团队是在远程教学过程中为解决师资不足、质量标准不统一、跨区域组织形式分散等问题而产生的。采用质性研究方法对四川广播电视大学经济数学基础网络课程教学团队进行分析发现,教师发展、团队管理、课程性质、团队负责人个人魅力以及政策支持是教学团队得以成功运行的5项关键要素。通过网络课程教学团队建设,跨地域整合了教师资源,提升了团队成员的教学技能和教研活动的有效性。The teaching team of distance education online course comes into being in response to the problems of insufficient teaching staff,inconsistent quality standards,and decentralized cross-regional organization forms.Using qualitative research methods,this paper makes a case analysis of the teaching team of the Economic Mathematics Basic Online Course in Sichuan Radio and TV University,and finds five key elements for the successful operation of the teaching team,namely teachers’development,team management,course nature,personal charm of the team leader and policy support.Through the construction of online course teaching team,teacher resources are integrated across regions,and the teaching skills of team members and the effectiveness of teaching and research activities are improved.
