摘　　要：昆明冶金高等专科学校冶金材料专业群通过“三方七步”工作路线构建校企深度融合的订单式人才培养模式,初步实现了专业与产业对接、学校与企业对接、课程内容与职业标准对接、教学过程与生产过程对接,育人特色明显,校企合作效果显著,模式富有创新亮点。The metallurgical materials specialty group of Kunming Metallurgy College has established a college-enterprise order-based talent training model through the“three-party and seven-step”work route,and has initially realized the docking of specialty and industry,the docking of college and enterprise,the docking of curriculum content and professional standards,and the docking of teaching process and production process.The characteristics of education are obvious,the effect of college-enterprise cooperation is remarkable and the model is full of innovative highlights.
