摘  要:双元制职业教育制度通常被认为是德国工业的支柱。随着产业结构的不断升级,近年来德国职业教育开始显露出学术化倾向。为顺应时代发展,德国建立了职业教育层面的高等教育体系,增加非传统学生进入传统高等教育系统学习的机会,建立和完善职业能力的识别程序,在高等教育机构实施双元制课程。职业教育在高等教育领域的渗透是德国社会发展和个人选择的综合结果,促进了优质人力资本的积累,为经济的持续繁荣注入了新的活力。The Dual System of vocational education is generally considered to be the backbone of Germany's in⁃dustry.With the continuous upgrading of the industrial structure,German vocational education has started to show a tendency of theorization in recent years.To keep up with the times,Germany has established a higher ed⁃ucation system at the vocational education level,increased the opportunities for students receiving non-tradition⁃al education to study under the traditional higher education system,established and improved the process of identifying vocational competencies,and implemented dual courses at higher education institutions.The penetra⁃tion of vocational education in higher learning is the result of a combination of social development and individu⁃al choice in Germany,contributing to the accumulation of quality human capital and injecting new dynamism in⁃to the continued prosperity of the economy.
