高职院校专业集群与产业集群协调发展策略探析

摘　　要：高职院校专业集群与产业集群对接协调发展,是高职院校办学定位、专业内涵建设与区域产业发展人才需求的利益交集点,符合校政企多方共同利益诉求。文章从专业集群与产业集群的理论内涵切入,阐述专业集群与产业集群协调发展的现实意义,剖析当前专业集群与产业集群协调发展中存在的问题,从六个方面探讨专业集群与产业集群协调发展的策略。The docking and coordinated development of major clusters and industry clusters in higher vocation⁃al colleges is the intersection of interests among schooling orientation of higher vocational colleges,construction of major connotations,and talent demand for regional industrial development,which is in line with the common interests of school,government,and enterprises.Speaking of major clusters and industry clusters,this article starts from the theoretical connotation,interprets the practical significance of coordinated development,analyzes the current problems in the synergistic development,and discusses the strategies of coordinated development from six aspects.
