生态系统理论视角下高职学生“五育融合”实践体系的构建与实施

摘　　要：“五育融合”发展已成为我国教育现代化的战略任务之一。文章借鉴生态系统理论的结构模型,构建由宏观系统、外部系统、中层系统和微观系统相互嵌套的“五育融合”实践工作层级体系。在此体系下,宏观层面构建宏观政策支持体系,外部层面构建和谐统一的社会教育环境治理模式,中层层面构建“家、校、企、社”全方位协同育人模式,微观层面分别构建新时代家庭、新型学校、现代化企业、智慧社区育人模式,实现多元主体协同,打通彼此功能边界,为高职院校完成立德树人根本任务提供有力保障。The development of“five-education integration”has become one of the strategic tasks of China’s educational modernization.Based on the structural model of ecosystem theory,this paper constructs the“five-education integration”practical working hierarchy system nested by macro system,external system,middle system and micro system.Under this system,the macro-level constructs macro-policy support system,the external level constructs a harmonious and unified social education environment governance model,the middle level constructs a comprehensive coordinated education model,the micro-level constructs an education model of new era family,new schools,modern enterprises,intelligent community,to achieve multi-subject coordination,open each other’s functional boundaries,to provide a strong guarantee for higher vocational colleges to complete the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating talents.
