摘　　要：应用实分析技巧、权函数方法及参量化思想,给出一个一般非齐次核半离散Hilbert型不等式,同时讨论其等价形式及常数因子最佳性的充分必要条件,并给出若干应用特例。By using the technique of real analysis,weight functions and the idea of introduced parameters,a half-discrete Hilbert-type inequality with the general non-homogeneous kernel is given.The equivalent forms,the equivalent conditions of the best possible constant factor existing and some particular cases are considered for applications.
