摘 要:基于工程教育专业认证“产出导向”基本理念,以我校两次机械工程专业认证为契机,对机械工程专业实践教学体系进行了“6”模块重构,提出了以减速器为对象的机械工程专业“1+5+1”纵贯式实践教学模式。以培养学生实践动手能力和创新意识为目标,在夯实学生以绘图为“1”基本功的基础上,以减速器为对象纵贯式培养学生机电产品设计、制造、装配、检测、分析等“5”大核心技能,以及以团队管理与协作能力为“1”综合素质,培养学生解决复杂工程问题的能力及工程师素养。Based on the basic concept of"Outcome-based Education"of engineering education professional certification,seizing the opportunity of two mechanical engineering professional certification in Beijing University of Technology,the"6"module reconstruction of the pratice teaching system of mechanical engineering is carried out,and the"1+5+1"longitudinal pratice teaching mode of mechanical engineering with decelerator as the object is proposed.In order to cultivate students'practical ability and innovative consciousness,on the basis of consolidating students'basic skills of drawing as"1",the"5"core skills of mechanical and electrical product design,manufacturing,assembly,detection and analysis are vertically cultivated with decelerator as the object,and the comprehensive quality of"1"team management and cooperation ability,students'ability to solve complex engineering problems and engineer literacy is cultivated.
