摘 要:畜禽饲料不仅关系畜禽产品数量和质量,还间接影响生态环境以及人类的健康。近年来,我国畜禽饲料产量一直位居世界第一,饲料安全状况总体稳中向好,但也出现了一些问题,如药物残留及滥用、霉菌毒素和重金属超标以及化学性污染物迁移残留等,已引起政府和消费者的关注。为了更好掌握我国畜禽饲料安全的现状和控制风险,本文综述了我国畜禽饲料安全的现状、风险因素及风险控制技术,提出:只有通过科学设计与加工,精准饲养,严格过程管理,加强法律法规监督,才能更好保证饲料的质量和安全。Livestock and poultry feed not only is related to the quantity and quality of livestock and poultry products,but also indirectly affects the ecological environment and human health.In recent years,China′s livestock and poultry feed output has always ranked first in the world,and the feed safety situation is generally stable and good.However,some emerging problems has drawn concerns from the government and consumers,such as improper processing of raw materials,residues and abuse of drugs,excessive mycotoxins and heavy metals,and migration residues of chemical pollutants.In order to better understand the current situation of livestock and poultry feed safety in China and put forward strategies,this paper introduces the current situation,risk factors and risk control technologies of livestock and poultry feed safety in China.Only through scientific design of formula,precise feeding,strict process management and more strictly supervision of laws and regulations,the quality and safety of animal feed will be better guaranteed.
