摘　　要：高校篮球运动的发展,不仅能够丰富在校大学生的课余生活,提高在校大学生的综合素质,还能够为我国篮球事业的发展输送高水平的篮球运动员。我国高校篮球运动发展的很快,高校篮球水平也在不断提高。而高校篮球运动的发展与高校篮球水平的提高和高校篮球教练员执教能力的提升有着密不可分的关系。篮球运动的发展体现在很多方面,如篮球技战术和篮球竞赛规则等不断创新。这也对高校篮球运动的发展及高校篮球教练员的执教能力提出了更高的要求。只有具备良好执教能力的高校篮球教练员,才能有效提高大学生参与篮球运动的兴趣与积极性,进一步提高高校篮球运动的竞技水平,培养出更多高水平的篮球运动员,为我国篮球运动的进一步发展奠定重要的基础。该文就从篮球教练员执教能力的重要性入手,对影响高职院校篮球教练执教能力的主要因素进行了深入分析,并进一步探讨了如何提高高职院校篮球教练员的执教能力,以便为篮球运动在高职院校的顺利开展并取得理想的成果提供有益的借鉴。The development of college basketball can not only enrich college students'after-school life and improve their comprehensive quality,but also provide high-level basketball players for the development of China's basketball industry.With the rapid development of college basketball in China,the level of college basketball has been continuously improved.The development of college basketball is closely related to the improvement of college basketball level and the teaching ability of college basketball coaches.The development of basketball is reflected in many aspects,such as the continuous innovation of basketball techniques and tactics and basketball competition rules.This also puts forward higher requirements for the development of college basketball and the teaching ability of college basketball coaches.Only the college basketball coaches with good teaching ability can effectively improve the interest and enthusiasm of college students to participate in basketball,further improve the competitive level of college basketball,cultivate more high-level basketball players,and lay an important foundation for the further development of basketball in China.Starting from the importance of basketball coach's teaching ability,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the main factors influencing the teaching ability of basketball coach in higher vocational colleges,and further discusses how to improve the teaching ability of basketball coach in higher vocational colleges,so as to provide useful reference for the smooth development of basketball in higher vocational colleges and achieve ideal results.
