摘  要:目的汉化并修订青少年《身体姿势与腰背痛问卷(BackPEI)》,并检验其信度和效度。方法按照跨文化翻译原则翻译BackPEI问卷,并采用文献研究、非参与式田野观察、专家咨询等方法对源问卷进行修订,形成BackPEI-中文版(BackPEI-C)问卷。对649名中学生进行调查,以测评问卷的重测信度及内容效度。结果BackPEI-C问卷共包括15个条目,总分12分,问卷条目的Kappa值均>0.61,其中8个条目的Kappa值>0.81;条目14-1、14-2、14-3的ICC系数均>0.75;问卷各条目水平的I-CVI均为1.00,量表水平的S-CVI为1.00。结论BackPEI-C问卷具有良好的信效度,可区分青少年的不同身体姿势,适用于我国青少年身体姿势与腰背痛的调查。Objective To revise the questionnaire"back pain and body posture evaluation instrument"(BackPEI)in Chinese and test its reliability and validity.Methods The BackPEI was translated according to the principles of cross-cultural translation,and the original questionnaire was revised by means of literature research,non-participatory field observation and expert consultation to form the BackPEI-Chinese(BackPEI-C).A total of 649 middle school students were investigated to evaluate the test-retest reliability and content validity of the questionnaire.Results There were 15 items in the BackPEI-C,with a total score of 12 points.Kappa values of all items were all greater than 0.61,and kappa values of eight items were greater than 0.81.The ICC coefficients of items 14-1,14-2 and 14-3 were all greater than 0.75.The I-CVI of each item of the questionnaire was 1.00,and the S-CVI at the scale was 1.00.Conclusions BackPEI-C has good reliability and validity,can distinguish different body postures of adolescents,and is suitable for the investigation of body postures and low back pain of adolescents in China.
