摘　　要：电子办税系统为纳税人提供了在线办税的便捷途径,特别是当前新冠疫情下,电子办税系统是拓展“非接触式”办税缴费事项的重要途径。但税务事项本身操作步骤的复杂性以及电子办税仍存在指引不够清晰的问题,导致很多纳税人无法有效使用电子办税系统。为解决这一问题,文中提出语音交互式增强现实操作指引系统。首先,对该系统的整体框架进行了阐述;然后,着重介绍该系统内语音交互方法的实现方法,包括语义分割方法、用户操作意图判别逻辑等;最后,开发了原型系统以验证所述方法的有效性。The electronic tax administration system can provide the convenient way for taxpayers to do tax online,especially under the current COVID⁃19 pandemic,the electronic tax administration system is an important way to expand the"non⁃contact"tax payment matters.Due to the complexity of the operation steps of tax matters and the unclear guidelines for electronic tax handling,many taxpayers are unable to effectively use the electronic tax administration system.To solve the problem,a voice interactive augmented reality(AR)operation guidance system was proposed.The overall framework of the system was described.Then,the implementation methods of the voice interaction method in the system were introduced,including semantic segmentation method,user operation intent discrimination logic and other content.The prototype system was developed to verify the effectiveness of the method.
