广东省小学普通教育人员对残疾生随班就读的态度研究

摘  要:以广东省三个地区的197位小学普通教育人员为对象,探讨他们对残疾学生随班就读的态度。研究结果表明,在认知、情感、行为等三个维度中,得分由高至低依序为认知、行为、情感。认知维度与行为维度高度相关,代表教育人员对随班就读的认知信念,与其是否采取随班就读的积极作具有较大关联性。有残疾生教学经验的教育人员,随班就读的情感维度与整体态度两方面,较无残疾生教学经验者积极。得分较低的题目反映出特殊生的学习与行为问题,易使老师感到教学辅导的挫折与生气,及降低教师承担随班就读班级教学的意愿。教育人员具有较高接受特教培训的意愿,且曾接受特殊教育或随班就读培训者,在认知维度、行为维度、问卷总分等三方面,皆较未曾接受培训者积极,但情感维度则不受参加培训与否影响。This study takes 197 ordinary educators in Guangdong elementary schools as subject and explores their attitudes toward students with disabilities learning in regular classes.The results show that in the scale of three components of attitude,which are cognition,affection and behavior,the scores from high to low are in the order of cognition,behavior and affection.There is a high correlation between cognition and behavior,which indicates that educators’cognitive beliefs closely relate to whether they take positive actions for the disabled students learning in regular classes.The affective dimension and overall attitude of educators who have teaching experience of students with disabilities are more positive than those without teaching experience.The lowest scored items reflected that learning and behavioral problems of students with disabilities usually make teachers feel frustrated and angry,and less willing to teach classes with disabled students.Most educators are willing to attend special education training programs,and those who have attended training programs have more positive attitudes than those who have not,except in affective dimension.
