摘 要:小学全科教师培养是我国小学卓越教师培养和农村师资补给的重要举措,近年来一直是地方高校教师教育研究的热点问题。通过分析国内现阶段小学全科教师研究的主要文献,对全科教师的研究概况和主要内容进行梳理,提出未来研究须加强实证研究、支持体系研究、课程改革研究、分科培养和全科培养关系研究及国内外比较研究的思考和展望,为后续研究者提供参考和借鉴。The training of the general-subject teachers in primary schools is an important measure to train excellent primary school teachers and the supply of rural teachers in China.This topic has increasingly become a hot issue in teacher research.This paper summarizes and analyzes the main literature of the general-subject teachers in China primary school at the present stage,sorts out the research overview and the main content of the general-subject teachers,then proposes that the future research must strengthen the empirical research,the support system research,the curriculum reform research,the research on the relationship between branch-subject training and general-subject training,the comparative research of the thoughts and prospects at home and abroad,thus providing the beneficial reference for future researchers.
