摘 要:产教融合作为新时代高等教育的重要机制和改革方向,也是高水平教学团队建设应有之义。本文分析了目前我国本科院校包装工程专业教学团队中存在的主要问题,以及产教融合背景下包装工程专业教学团队的教师应具备的能力,确立了以建设理论、实践、创新“三核联动”育人的“三师型”教学团队为中心、产教全方位融合为手段、构建产教协同育人共同体的教学团队建设思路和目标,并以华南农业大学省级包装工程教学团队为例,研究基于产教融合的包装工程专业“三师型”教学团队的建设举措及成效。As an important mechanism law and reform direction of higher education in the new era,the integration of industry and education is also the content of the construction of high-level teaching team.In this paper,the main problems existing in the teaching team of packaging engineering in China’s undergraduate colleges and universities were analyzed,as well as the ability was explored that the teachers of the teaching team of packaging engineering should have under the background of the integration of industry and education.The“triple qualification”teaching team centered on the construction of“three core linkage”of theory,practice and innovation,with the allround integration of industry and education as the means,and the ideas and objectives of the teaching team of the collaborative education community between industry and education were studied.Taking the provincial packaging engineering teaching team of South China Agricultural University as an example,the construction measures and results of the“triple qualification”teaching team of packaging engineering based on the integration of industry and education were analyzed.
