摘  要:教师工作室是技能大师工作室的一种延伸,面向更为广泛的教师群体,在降低门槛的同时让具有扎实理论功底和过硬实操能力的中青年教师有一个可以发挥特长的平台。本文基于近年来国内印刷包装行业的基本情况以及国家相关政策,阐述建设教师工作室的积极意义。结合所在院校图文信息处理专业教师工作室的建设实践,从强化硬件支撑、优化管理体制、强化校企合作、注重创新四个方面论证了教师工作室的建设路径。并将教师工作室建设与人才培养体系相融合,既通过产教融合丰富学生的培养模式,同时又提高了教师自身的专业能力。Teacher Studio is an extension of Skill Master Studio.It can build a platform for a wider group of teachers to develop their professional skills who has the solid theoretical skills and excellent practical operation ability.Based on the basic situation of domestic printing and packaging industry and relevant national policies,the positive significance of building a teacher studio was expounded.Combined with the construction practice of professional information processing teacher studio in the university,the construction path of teacher studio was demonstrated from four aspects:strengthening hardware support,optimizing management system,strengthening school-enterprise cooperation and paying attention to innovation.In addition,the construction of the teacher studio was integrated with the talent training system,which not only enriches the students training mode through the integration of industry and education,but also improves the teachers own professional ability.
