摘  要:目的评价分层培养模式融合用以问题为中心的教学法(PBL)在内科住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果,以指导临床合理教学。方法将2018年9—12月在本院接受传统讲授式教学法(LBL)的15名内科住院医师作为对照组,将2019年9—12月接受分层培养融合PBL模式的15名内科住院医师作为观察组。比较两组出科考核成绩、自我导向学习评定量表(SRSSDL)及批判思维量表(CTDI-CV)评分,并统计两组住院医师对培养模式的认可度。结果观察组出科考核的理论总分及实践总分均比对照组高,对培养模式的各项认可度均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组培养后SRSSDL评分、CTDI-CV评分均升高,且观察组二项量表评分均比对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论于内科住院医师规范化培训中开展分层培养融合PBL模式利于提升其出科考核成绩,增强自我导向学习能力,培养批判思维,且获得住院医师的高度认可。Objective To evaluate the effect of problem-based learning(PBL)in standardized training of medical resident in order to guide clinical teaching.Methods Fifteen medical residents who received traditional teaching method(LBL)in our hospital from September to December 2018 were used as control group.Fifteen internal medicine residents who underwent the layered culture and integrated PBL model from September to December 2019 were used as the observation group.The scores of out-of-school assessment,self-rating scale self-directed learning(SRSSDL)and Chinese version of critical thinking disposition inventory(CTDI-CV)were compared between the two groups,and the degree of acceptance of the training model by the residents in the two groups was calculated.Results The total scores of theory and practice of the observation group were higher than that of the Control Group,and the degree of approval of the training mode was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of SRSSDL and CTDI-CV in two groups all increased after training,and the scores of the two items in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The hierarchical cultivation and integration of PBL in standardized training of internal medicine residents is beneficial to improve their examination results,enhance their self-directed learning ability,cultivate critical thinking,and obtain high recognition from residents.
