摘  要:随着社会对高质量复合型人才需求的增加,研究生招生规模不断扩大,招生类型也呈多样性发展,传统单一导师制研究生培养逐渐显现其局限与不足。针对近年来研究生培养过程中存在的主要问题,从研究生培养制度与师生结构方面入手,对研究生报录人数与导师组成结构变化情况之间的关系进行了深入分析,对研究生培养体制改革的重要性进行了阐述,在此基础上提出研究生导师团队建设机制改革路径。通过对研究生导师团队内部导师研究方向组成、导师年龄梯队以及团队例会制度的优化,使研究生管理更加高效、创新思维培育更加多元、研究生培养更具个性化,为大团队研究生培养制度的改革与实践提供参考。With the increasing demand for high-quality compound talents in society,the scale of graduate enrollment continues to expand,and the diversity of graduate enrollment types develops.The limitations and deficiencies of traditional single-tutorial graduate training gradually appear.In view of the main problems existing in the process of postgraduate training in recent years,this paper analyzes the relationship between the number of postgraduates reported and the change of tutor composition structure from the aspects of postgraduate training system and teacher-student structure,and expounds the importance of the reform of postgraduate training system.On this basis,it puts forward the reform method of postgraduate tutor team construction mechanism.Through the analysis and optimization of tutor research direction composition,tutor age echelon and team regular meeting system in the graduate tutor team,we can achieve the goal of more efficient graduate management,more diversified innovative thinking cultivation and more personalized graduate cultivation.The research results can provide reference for the reform and practice of large team graduate cultivation system.
