摘　　要：临床生化检验是临床医学检验重要的亚专业学科,医学检验技术专业学生在进入生化组实习阶段是培养学生专业能力的重要环节。科室老师要制定详细的实习带教计划并做好岗前培训,树立实习生全面质量控制意识,培养实习生在日常工作中善于发现问题并独立解决问题的能力,注重出科前的规范化考核,为现代化实验室培养合格的临床生化检验专业人才。Clinical biochemical examination is an important sub specialty of clinical medical examination.The internship stage in the biochemistry group for medical laboratory technology students is an important part of cultivating their professional ability.The teachers in the department are required to make a detailed internship teaching plan and a good job in pre-job training to establish interns'awareness of overall quality control and cultivate their ability of finding and solving problems independently in daily work.Besides,the standardized examination before leaving the department also needs to be emphasized for cultivating qualified clinical biochemical test professionals for modern laboratory.
