学术沙龙:一种基于导师制的自由教育探索

摘　　要：自由教育的理念来源于古希腊对欲望的自由、德性的自由和沉思的自由三种自由观念的理解,所以自由教育指通过在闲暇中学习自由学科来进行心智的反复练习以使学生的理性、道德和精神诸力量得以充分发展和完善。基于导师制的学术沙龙是对自由教育的一种教学探索,它有三个特点:核心引领者为导师,崇尚苏格拉底法,目的在于照料和拯救灵魂。基于导师制的学术沙龙的具体实施包括六个方面:教学组织形式、教学内容、教学过程、教学评价、教学效果和研究结论。The concept of liberal education comes from the ancient Greek understanding of three liberty concepts:liberty of desire,liberty of virtue and liberty of contemplation.Therefore,liberal education refers to the repeated practice of mind by learning liberal subjects in leisure time so as to fully develop and perfect the students rationality,morality and spirit.The academic salon based on tutor system is a kind of teaching exploration for liberal education.Its three characteristics are as follows:taking the tutor as the core leader,advocating Socratic method,and aiming to attend and redeem the soul.The salon proceeds in six aspects:teaching organization,teaching content,teaching process,teaching evaluation,teaching effect and research conclusion.
