摘　　要：青年教师是高职院校的教学主力军之一,其综合素质及教育教学能力的高低直接影响学校的人才培养质量和声誉。从如何提高青年教师的政治素质、道德素质、人文素质和专业素质入手,重点对培养和提升高职院校青年教师的专业驾驭能力、教学设计能力、教学实施与实践能力、教学组织能力、教学管理与控制能力、教学反思能力、教学研究能力和教学创新能力进行了有效探索。Young teachers are one of the main teaching forces in higher vocational colleges and their comprehensive quality and teaching ability have a direct impact on the quality of talent cultivation and reputation of colleges.This paper starts from the analysis of how to improve the political quality,moral quality,humanistic quality and professional quality of young teachers in higher vocational colleges,and then focuses on exploring the training and improvement of young teachers professional control ability,teaching design ability,teaching implementation and practice ability,teaching organization ability,teaching management and control ability,teaching reflection ability,teaching research ability and teaching innovation ability effectively.
