摘  要:随着终身教育理念推行,继续教育市场规模逐步持续性提高,以及长三角区域一体化发展开始全面实施,长三角高校继续教育优势明显,实现长三角高校继续教育一体化发展有巨大的潜力,但是必须打破区域内的高等继续教育机构行政割据、碎片化发展的情况,实现有序的资源共享,实现现代化,具备区域特点、有中国特色的继续教育。在此背景下,通过建设课程平台、师资平台和生源平台,以及顶层设计牵引,按市场化方式推动长三角高校继续教育一体化发展。The scale of continuing education is gradually booming with the implementation of lifelong learning.Simultaneously,the integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta brings the unique advantages and huge potentials for the integrated regional development of continuing education in the Yangtze River Delta.The local protectionism and regional market segmentation should be broken,and a new continuing education with the features of resource-sharing,modernization,and distinctive regional and Chinese characteristics should be set up.In this context,through the construction of the curriculum platform,the teacher platform and the teacher source platform,as well as the direction of top-level design,the integrated development of continuing education in colleges and universities in the Yangtze River Delta should be promoted in a market-oriented manner.
