摘　　要：“食品机械与设备”是食品类本科教学体系中的重要组成部分,学生对工艺中食品加工机械原理的理解、认识,有助于学生对加工工艺的掌握,交互式网络教学利用腾讯课堂、微信等现代通讯手段,能大大提高学生学习的参与度和积极性。将“食品机械与设备”教学实践中的几点认识进行总结,以供同行参考。Food Machinery and Equipment is an important part of the undergraduate food teaching system.Students'understanding and understanding of the principles of food processing machinery in the process is helpful for students to master the processing technology.Interactive online teaching can greatly improve students'participation and enthusiasm in learning by using modern means of communication such as Tencent classroom and WeChat.In this paper,the author summarized some knowledge in the teaching practice of Food Machinery and Equipment for peer reference.
