摘  要:儒家君子道德人格作为我国传统文化中的人格典范,对当代教师职业道德和人格修养有重要的借鉴和指导意义。致力于传统文化精髓之当代传承,旨在借儒家君子道德人格之内涵涵养当代师德,系统总结君子型教师之道德人格特点,并从哲学、心理学、思想政治教育学角度研究君子型教师养成之机理,从教育行政部门、学校、教师三个维度讨论有操守、有担当、有襟怀、有胆识、有知识、有雅趣的君子型教师之养成路径。As a model of personality in Chinese traditional culture,the Confucian Gentleman s moral personality has important reference and guiding significance to the professional ethics and personality cultivation of contemporary teachers.The author devotes himself to the contemporary inheritance of the essence of traditional culture,aiming to cultivate the contemporary teachers morality by means of the connotation of the Confucian gentleman s moral personality,and systematically summarize the characteristics of the gentleman-type teachers moral personality,and from the perspective of philosophy,psychology,ideological and political education to study the formation mechanism of gentleman-type teachers,from the three dimensions of educational administration,schools and teachers,this paper discusses the cultivation path of a gentleman-like teacher with integrity,responsibility,breadth of mind,courage,knowledge and interest.
