摘 要:乡村薄弱学校在地化治理不仅是契合儿童生活经验需要的关键所在,还是传承创新传统教育理念和助力教育均衡公平发展的要义所在,更是激活内生持续发展动力的重心所在。当下,乡村薄弱学校治理依然面临治理场域悬浮化、治理根基真空化、治理价值功利化、治理主体掣肘化等现实桎梏。应以在地化视角彰显乡土乡情属性、联结儿童生活经验、激活内生发展动力、营构文化想象空间破解乡村薄弱学校治理困囿。Localized governance of weak rural schools is not only the key to meeting the needs of children's life experience,but also the key to inheriting and innovating traditional education concepts and promoting the balanced and equitable development of education,as well as the focus of activating the endogenous and sustainable development drive.At present,the governance of rural weak schools is still facing the shackles of reality,such as suspension of governance field,vacuum of governance foundation,utilitarian governance value and constraint of governance subject.It is necessary to reveal the characteristics of local conditions,connect children's life experience,activate endogenous development motivation,and construct cultural imagination space from the perspective of localization to solve the dilemma of weak rural school governance.
