摘 要:如何在网络教学中将教育技术与教学设计相结合、提高教学效率、提升教学效果是海外汉语教师共同面对的挑战。基于问卷调查和文本分析,对340名海外汉语教师在线教学的现状、问题、需求进行分析研究。后疫情时代汉语教学由线下转到线上,带来了教学设计、课堂管理、课堂活动、测试评估等方面的系列变化,教师的线上教学技巧、特别是如何提高课堂互动须不断提高。针对教师开展在线教学存在的困难和问题,呼吁加快汉语国际教育资源库建设、加强教师岗中培训、调整教学观念、加强线上教学互动以适应教学方式的变化。It has been a common challenge for all TCFL teachers as to how to combine education technology with teaching design in online teaching so that teaching efficiency and effectiveness can be improved. A questionnaire survey and text analysis are conducted to study the current situation,problems and needs in online teaching among a total of 340 TCFL teachers. The research shows that the switch from traditional classroom teaching to online teaching during the post-pandemic era has brought a series of changes to teaching design,classroom managements,classroom activities and testing&evaluation,and hence TCFL teachers’ online teaching strategies,especially their ability to interact with online students,call for incessant enhancement. In order to solve the problems,this article proposes to improve online Chinese teaching resources library,increase teacher’s training,modify teaching philosophy,and enhance online interaction with students to better adapt to the change of teaching methods.
