摘 要:目的探讨医学高职院校护理专业如何开展临床课程的思想政治教育。方法通过分析目前医学高职院校的专业课的思想政治现状,找到护理专业学生(简称护生)思想政治觉悟不高的原因。结果首先医学护理专业教师对“课程思政”的教学理念未真正理解透彻;其次医学高职院校没有形成“学科课程思政”的运行体系。结论当前各种突发公共卫生事件对护生的各方面综合素质提出了严峻考验,作为育人前沿的高职护理教师应重视课堂的思政教育,提升课程思政能力并做到:第一,定期进行护理专业课教师课程思政教学能力的培训;第二,将育人理念融入到护理专业的理论和实训课程;第三,针对护生特点构建护理专业课“课程思政+”教学体系。Objective To explore how to develop the ideological and political education of clinical course in nursing specialty of medical higher vocational colleges.Methods Through the analysis of the current ideological and political status of professional courses in medical vocational colleges,the reasons for students’low ideological and political consciousness were discovered.Results Medical nursing teachers didn’t fully understand the teaching concept of curriculum ideology.In addition to,medical higher vocational colleges have not formed the operating system of subject curriculum ideology and politics.Conclusion At present,public health emergencies posed a severe test to the comprehensive quality of nursing students in various aspects.As the forefront of education,higher vocational nursing teachers should pay attention to classroom ideological and political education and improve their curriculum ideological and political ability.Secondly,the concept of education should be integrated into the theoretical and practical courses of nursing specialty.Thirdly,the ideological and political and teaching system of nursing courses should be built according to the characteristics of students.
