高职院校留学生教学现状与应对策略探讨——以南通职业大学为例

摘　　要：“一带一路”倡议的推进给中国高等职业教育国际化带来了机遇与挑战。在分析高职院校留学生教育现状及趋势的基础上,结合留学生教育实践,从语言沟通、文化背景、认知规律、专业基础四个方面阐述了高职院校留学生教学面临的问题,进而从教学环境、衔接课程、教学内容、教学方法和培育工匠精神等方面,提出应对策略,为有效提高留学生教学质量,培养新时代高职院校留学生的专业能力及认真踏实、精益求精的工匠精神提供新思路。The advancement of the“Belt and Road”has brought opportunities and challenges to the internationalization of Chinese higher vocational education.This paper analyses the current situation and trend of international student education in higher vocation colleges in China,then combining with education practice,the paper expounds the problems faced from aspects of language communication,cultural background,cognitive law and professional basis.Finally,the paper puts forward strategies to solve these problems from the teaching environment,connected course,teaching content,teaching methods and Craftsman’s Spirit cultivation,so as to provide new ideas of improving the quality of international student education effectively,cultivating professional ability and craftsman’s spirit of international students in higher vocational colleges.
