摘 要:新中国高校道德教育经过几十年的探索,虽然因社会变迁遇到了前所未有的,既来自外来文化也来自内部矛盾的强大冲击,但仍然取得了巨大的进步,并积累了相当的经验。同时,我国高校道德教育尚存在着一些瓶颈和短板,例如忽视道德发展的个体需要、缺失道德价值的多元目标、忽略道德教育的生活倾向、缺乏道德养成的有效形式等。新时代背景下我国高校道德教育需要注意把握四对关系:一是处理好个体与社会的关系:道德教育是肯定私又超越私,促进道德主体从“小我”逐渐扩展为“大我”;二是把握好绝对和相对的关系:道德教育是统一性与多元性的结合,是在“价值认异”的同时寻找道德价值共识的最大公约数;三是处理好理想和生活的关系:道德教育是理想性和现实性的统一,是在确保底线的基础上通过扩展实现超越;四是把握好思维和行动的关系:道德教育是“知情意行”的融合,要贴近情感并走向生活。To a certain extent,the moral education work of schools in our country has problems such as neglecting the individual nee ds of moral development,the lack of multiple values of moral values,the neglect of life orientation of moral education,and the lack of effective forms of moral cultivation.The root cause of the above problems lies in the misunderstanding of the nature of moral education and the violation of the subjectivity of the educated.The future moral education work of Chinese schools needs to grasp four pairs of relations:The first is to deal with the relationship between the individual and the society:moral education is to satisfy the indiv idual interests while surpassing the individual interests,and to promote the ethical scope of the educated from the“litt le self”to the“big self”.The second is to grasp the relationship between absolute and relative:moral education is the combination of unity and plu ralism,and it is the greatest common denominator of finding the consensus of moral values while“value recognition”.The third is to handle the relationship between ideals and life:moral education is the unity of ideality and reality,and it is achieved by expanding on the basis of ensuring the bottom line.The fourth is to grasp the relationship between thinking and action:moral education is the fusion of“cognition,emotion,will,behavior”,to be close to emotions and to enter life.
