岗课赛证融通的高职《运输管理实务课程》教学改革

摘　　要：为实现课程与就业岗位无缝化对接,实现课程、证书、大赛的有机融合,达到运输管理高技能人才培养。采用"岗课赛证"融通方法,根据企业运输管理工作岗位,结合1+X技能证书,物流技能大赛对高职《运输管理实务》课程教学内容进行设计。阐述了"讲、练、评"的教学组织与评价,分析课程资源建设内容,对相关高职院校课程改革与建设具有一定借鉴作用。In order to realize the seamless docking of transport management curriculum and employment and the organic integration of curriculum, certificate and competition, to achieve the cultivation of high skilled talents. Adopt the method of post course competition certificate integration, according to the position of enterprise transportation management, combined with the1+X skill certificate, the logistics skills competition designs the teaching content of the course of transportation management practice in higher vocational colleges. It expounds the teaching organization and evaluation of“speaking, practicing and evaluating”, analyze the content of curriculum resources construction.It can be used for reference in the curriculum reform and construction of related higher vocational colleges.
