摘  要:通过远程网络直播的教学方式在骨外科临床见习教学中的创新教学方法,观察直播课程的骨外科临床见习教学方法对学生批判性思维能力的提高情况。以“钉钉”智能移动办公平台为载体,选取齐齐哈尔医学院2017级临床医学专业本科见习学生,共计100人为研究对象,按照见习大纲的要求进行对学生进行分组见习,所有学生均由同一老师讲授和指导。网络直播骨外科临床见习教学内容的学生的开课前和课程后学生的评判性思维能力进行评价比较,得出此种课程结束后学生的评判性思维量表分值比开课前学生的评判性思维量表分值高,具体统计学意义(P<0.05)。远程网络直播在骨外科临床见习教学中的应用,让移动互联网活跃培训课堂,让每一个人融入、分享、收获,从而加速提升教师培训技能、提升学生综合素质、提高学生兴趣、提高学生的成绩。Objective:To observe the improvement of students'critical thinking ability by the teaching method of bone surgery clinical internship in the live broadcast course.Methods:Taking the"DingTalk"intelligent mobile office platform as the carrier,100 undergraduate students of clinical medicine major of Grade 2017 in Qiqihar Medical University were selected as the research objects.The students were divided into groups according to the requirements of the probation outline,and all students were taught and guided by the same teacher.Results:The students'critical thinking ability before and after the course were evaluated and compared.The score of the critical thinking scale after the course was higher than that of the students before and after the course,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of remote network live broadcast in clinical probation teaching of orthopedic surgery can make mobile Internet active training class,let everyone integrate,share and harvest,so as to accelerate the improvement of teachers'training skills,improve students'comprehensive quality,improve students'interest and improve students'performance.
