摘  要:中国当前水产品质量安全形势虽有好转,但质量安全问题作为一项长期任务,需要时刻保持警惕和关注。近年来水产品质量安全事件频繁发生,不仅威胁了消费者身心健康,也在一定程度上限制了产业发展。本研究对水产品生产、加工以及运输环节中可能出现的违法添加违禁药物、饲料添加剂以及过量使用食品添加剂等安全问题进行了综述,并提出了相应的解决方案,为水产品质量安全研究和发展提供支撑。Although the current situation of aquatic product quality and safety in China has improved,the issue of quality and safety,as a long-term task,need to keep vigilant and attention.In recent years,the incidents of aquatic product quality and safety occurred frequently,which not only threaten the physical and mental health of consumers,but also impact the development of China's aquatic product industry.In this paper,the possible safety problems of illegal addition of illegal drugs,feed additives and excessive use of food additives in production,processing and transportation of aquatic products were summarized,and the corresponding solutions were proposed,which will provide guidance and suggestions for the follow-up research and development of aquatic product quality and safety.
