摘　　要：2019年国务院发布职教改革实施方案,指出职校要鼓励支持社会各界参与职教,在职校启动学历证书+职业技能等级证书制度试点工作。针对国家职教改革方案提出的“1+X”证书制度,如何培养飞机维修人员职业核心能力成为亟待解决的问题。因此,阐述了高职教育“1+X”证书制度实施背景,论述了高职飞机维修专业职业核心能力培养的意义,提出了“1+X”证书制度下高职飞机维修专业教育职业核心能力培养的策略。In 2019,the State Council issued the implementation plan for the reform of vocational education,pointing out that vocational schools should encourage and support all sectors of society to participate in vocational education,and start the pilot work of the academic certificate+vocational skill level certificate system in the vocational school.According to the national vocational education reform plan,the“1+X”certificate system is proposed.How to cultivate the core professional competence of aircraft maintenance personnel has become an urgent problem to be solved.It expounds the background of the implementation of the“1+X”certificate system in higher vocational education,discusses the significance of cultivating the professional core competence of the aircraft maintenance major in higher vocational education,and proposes the strategy of cultivating the core competence of the aircraft maintenance major in higher vocational education under the“1+X”certificate system.
