摘 要:试验选用纯柞树木屑,单一粒径、混合粒径相结合,共设计11个试验处理方案进行黑木耳栽培试验,对比不同木屑粒径处理装袋后,培养基重量对黑木耳生长和出耳情况的影响。试验结果表明,单一粒径随着木屑粒径的增大培养基重量变小,黑木耳长势增强、生长速度加快。复合粒径随着细木屑添加量的增加培养基重量逐渐增大,黑木耳长势变弱、生长速度变慢。复合粒径木屑粗细比例为6∶4时产量最高。Pure oak sawdusts were selected in this study.A total of 11 test treatment design,including single particle size,mixed particle size combined,were designed to screen the optimal combination.The effects of different sawdust particle sizes on the medium weight,mycelial growth rate and yield of Auricularia auricular fruit bodies were compared.The results showed that the medium weight decreased,and the mycelial growth rate increased with the increase of particle size.The medium weight increased,and the mycelial growth rate decreased with the increase of the amount of small sawdust added.The yield of compound particle size sawdust with the ratio of 6∶4 was the highest based on the cultivation experiment.
