论思政课教师职业化素养提升的几个关键问题

摘　　要：习近平总书记发表了《思政课是落实立德树人根本任务的关键课程》重要文章,再次强调了思政课的关键地位和思政课教师的重大责任,为思政课教师在新时期提升职业素养提供了重要指导。学习贯彻该文章的重要精神,全社会应高度重视和着力解决好“引路人”问题、“新高度”问题、筑牢“六要”问题、践行“八个统一”问题、“各级党委全面落实”问题等几个关键问题,以问题为导向,精准发力、持续发力、综合发力,为思政课教师提升职业素养提供坚实的社会保障。General Secretary Xi Jinping has published an important article entitled''Ideological and Political Course is the key course to carry out the basic task of establishing morality and fostering people^,which re-emphasizes the key position of ideological and political course and the great responsibility of ideological and political course teachers,it provides an important guide for ideological and political teachers to improve their professional quality in the new era.Study and carry out the important spirit of the article,the whole society should attach great importance to and devote great efforts to solving the key problems of“leading the way”,“new height”,“six essentials”,“eight unifications”and“full implementation by party committees at all levels”,with problem-oriented,accurate,sustained,comprehensive,ideological and Political Education Teachers to improve professional quality to provide a solid social security.
