摘　　要：实践教学是课程教学的拓展和延伸,是思政课教学的重要环节。新时代卫生高职院校提升思政课实践教学成效,重点是要提升思政课教师的实践教学创新设计、组织引导和沟通反馈能力,原则是要坚持正确方向、做到"三个结合"以及理论和实践统一,路径在于发挥思政课教师主动性,做到学用、教研、练赛相长;优化院校管理机制,提升选拔聘用、培育使用和评价激励制度效能;增强社会氛围营造,强化政校和校际联动、校企合作和师生互动。Practice teaching is the expansion and extension of course teaching, and is an important part of Ideological and political teaching. In the new era, the key to improve the effectiveness of practical teaching of Ideological and political course in health vocational colleges is to improve the innovative design, organization and guidance,communication and feedback ability of teachers of Ideological and political course. The principle is to adhere to the correct direction, achieve "Three Combinations", and unify theory and practice. The way is to give full play to the initiative of teachers of Ideological and political course, so that learning, teaching and research, training and competition are mutually beneficial;Optimize the management mechanism of colleges and universities, improve the efficiency of selection, employment, cultivation and evaluation of incentive system;We should strengthen the construction of social atmosphere, the linkage between government and school, the cooperation between school and enterprise, and the interaction between teachers and students.
