摘　　要：在职业院校开展现代学徒制试点是教育部大力推广的职业教育改革之举,但在文科类院校开展现代学徒制试点非常困难。以江苏经贸职业技术学院金融学院为例,从金融类专业现代学徒制试点实践、主要创新及其经验推广价值方面进行分析和总结,以期为我国职业教育改革提供借鉴。The Ministry of Education is vigorously promoting the reform of vocational education to carry out the pilot of modern apprenticeship system in vocational colleges,but it is very difficult to carry out the pilot of modern apprenticeship system in liberal arts colleges.Taking the school of Finance of Jiangsu Vocational Institute of Commerce as an example,this paper analyzes and summarizes the pilot practice of modern apprenticeship in financial majors,the main innovations and the value of experience popularization,in order to provide reference for the reform of vocational education in China.
