摘 要:新工科专业的人才培养特色与人才培养目标要通过其课程体系来实现。为构建与新能源汽车专业人才培养模式相适应的课程体系,分析了课程体系改革的内涵,在此基础上围绕课程体系改革所涉及的目标要素、结构要素与过程要素展开系统研究,确立了面向国家需求的课程体系改革宏观目标与面向专业特色的课程体系改革微观目标,形成了对接学科和行业前沿、学科交叉融合、梯次递进、模块化的四层次理论课程体系结构,构建了全程贯穿、分层实施的三层次实践课程体系结构,提升了课程内容的系统化,优化了课程内容的广度与深度,提出了多元融合的教学方式,建立了全程化的课程考核多元评价方式,对相关学科新工科专业课程体系改革具有一定的借鉴意义。Characteristics and targets of talent cultivating in new engineering major can be achieved through curriculum system.In order to construct curriculum system that fits in with talent training mode of the major in new energy vehicle,the connotation of curriculum system reform is analyzed in this paper.And on this basis,key elements involved in curriculum system reform are studied systematically,including target elements,structure elements and process elements.For curriculum system reform,macro target oriented for national demand and micro target oriented for major feature are both determined firstly.Secondly,interdisciplinary,modular,four-step progressive structure of theoretical courses focusing on subject frontiers is formed while three-step structure of practical courses implemented with layers throughout the whole process is built.Then,systematization of course contents is improved and depth and breadth of course contents is optimized.Finally,teaching methods with diverse fusion are proposed,as well as multiple evaluation methods covering overall curriculum process are created.This research provide reference for the curriculum system reform of correlative new engineering majors.
