摘  要:盐业是中国重要的基础性行业,食盐是其中之一,与老百姓生活息息相关。随着我国盐业体制改革的实施,市场竞争加剧,盐企存在加快转型、提质增效等问题。同时,随着我国经济和社会的发展,人民群众对食盐产品的要求也越来越高;加上盐改后食盐按照食品生产监管,对于食盐的监管也将更加严格和规范。本文拟通过对食盐生产现状、食盐监管情况以及存在问题进行分析,并对食盐生产未来发展提出了相应的对策措施,为进一步提高我国食盐安全生产及质量控制水平打下基础,为盐企食盐生产未来发展方向提供参考。Salt industry is an important basic industry in China,among which salt is closely related to people’s life.With the implementation of China’s salt industry system reform,market competition intensifies,salt enterprises have problems such as accelerating transformation,improving quality and efficiency.At the same time,with the development of China’s economy and society,people’s requirements for salt products are becoming higher and higher;With the change of salt,the supervision of salt will be more strict and standardized in accordance with food production supervision.This paper analyzes the current situation of salt production,supervision and existing problems,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the future development of salt production,laying a foundation for further improving the safety production and quality control level of salt in China,and providing reference for the future development direction of salt production of salt enterprises.
