摘　　要：大型仪器系统培训体系是高校大型仪器共享平台高效运行的基本保障,是高校推进一流教育的客观要求。针对目前培训体系中的系统性、针对性、受众面等问题,天津大学生命科学学院坚持以学生为中心、对标一流教育质量标准,建设线上线下混合式培训课程体系、基于PDCA模式的培训管理体系和长效完备的培训支撑体系。实践表明,培训体系可以提升学生能力,提高仪器使用效益,为高校大型仪器学生培训体系建设及改革提供了新思路。The systematic large-scale instruments training system is the basic guarantee for the efficient operation of large-scale instruments sharing platform in colleges and universities,and is the objective requirement of promoting first-class education in colleges and universities.In view of the systematicness,pertinence and audience problems in the current training system,School of Life Sciences of Tianjin University adheres to the student-centered approach,benchmarking first-class education quality standards,and establishing a hybrid online and offline training course system,a training management system based on PDCA model and a long-term and complete training support system.The practice shows that the training system can enhance students'ability and improve the utilization efficiency of the instruments,which provides a new idea for the construction and reform of the student training system for large-scale instruments in universities.
