摘 要:乡村教师的精准扶智是我国实现乡村振兴的重要基石。在转化学习与非线性学习理论指导下,构建了乡村教师MIND混合研修模式。基于校本的微课题,能提高研修课程的切合度;非线性研修空间的多维互动,能提高多种研修方式的融合度;基于大数据分析的全面评估,能提高跟踪服务的精准度和研修教师的满意度。结合研修案例,从研修活动的准备、实施与评估三个方面探讨了模式的实现路径。结果表明,该模式能实现乡村教师的转化学习,促进专业发展。Rural teachers’training under the background of Targeted Promoting Wisdom is very important for our country’s rural revitalization.With the guidance of transforming learning and nonlinear learning theory,the MIND hybrid model for rural teachers’training is constructed in this paper.The training course is based on school-based micro-topics,which can improve the conformity degree with the needs of rural teachers.The construction of nonlinear training space can improve the integration of various research methods.The comprehensive assessment based on big data analysis can improve the accuracy of tracking services and the satisfaction of rural teachers.Combining with the practice of the research project,the realization path of the model is discussed from three aspects:the preparation,the implementation and the evaluation of the model.The results show that the model can realize the transformation learning of rural teachers and promote their professional development.
